7-day compatibility and rules-accuracy guarantee
Request a refund through the seller-support channel shown at checkout or on the order receipt within seven calendar days of purchase when all of these apply:
- Node.js 20 or newer is being used;
- the target is a JavaScript or TypeScript repository containing a direct Shopify App Events request; and
- Guard exits with a CLI or configuration error on the supported environment, returns
INCOMPLETEwithout a usable report, or returnsNOT_APPLICABLEfor that eligible direct request.
A reproducible Guard ERROR that contradicts the Shopify official contract linked by the same rule is also covered when it makes the product materially unusable for an otherwise eligible direct request. Report it within seven days. The seller may provide a corrected build within three business days. The refund-request window pauses when a complete support request is received and resumes when the corrected build is delivered; if the contradiction remains, request a refund.
Include the Guard version, operating system and Node.js version, exact command and exit code, and the decision with error/warning counts. Prefer a minimal synthetic fixture. Do not send proprietary source code, credentials, tokens, personal information, production events, or an unreviewed report. A redacted report may be requested only when necessary.
PASS, WARN, or FAIL alone, unsupported languages, legacy Billing API, runtime billing outcomes, and repositories without a direct App Events request are not compatibility failures. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
