1. Parties

“Licensor” means the software supplier identified for MoneyBug App Events Guard in the applicable checkout or order documentation. “Licensed Organization” means the one legal organization named by or associated with the purchaser. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record and is not the software publisher unless the order documentation expressly states otherwise.

2. License grant

A valid purchase grants the Licensed Organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version perpetually on repositories it owns or is contractually authorized to inspect. Updates released during the 12 months after purchase are included.

3. Agency use

An agency may run the software on client repositories it is contractually authorized to inspect, solely to provide services to those clients. The software itself may not be distributed to clients.

4. Permitted users

Employees and contractors acting solely for the Licensed Organization may run the software. Reasonable internal backup copies are permitted.

5. Restrictions

The software may not be resold, sublicensed, published, shared outside the Licensed Organization, offered as a hosted scanning service, used without repository authorization, or stripped of notices.

6. Product boundary

The software performs automated local static inspection and local JSON-shape validation only. It does not execute target code, access Shopify, provide an audit or certification, estimate or recover losses, approve a release, or replace runtime testing and professional judgment.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The software is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation. Findings can include false positives and false negatives.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the software is limited to the amount paid for the license. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

9. Shopify

MoneyBug is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Shopify. Shopify and related marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Termination

This license terminates upon material breach. On termination, use must stop and copies must be deleted.

11. Mandatory law

Nothing in this license excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

12. Support and notices

Use the seller-support channel displayed before payment at checkout or on the order receipt. Refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy and mandatory law.
